Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Food is great but the service was inattentive. Every single time our waiter came to our table he would apologize stating he was real busy. He was quick to bring our drinks but once he took our order our experience started to suck. We were missing our utensils, ketchup was empty, and we had to wait a while before our waiter came to check on our food that we hadn't start eating because we requested plates and one of our sides was missing. We were trying to be understanding as it seems they might be short staffed but the fact that our food was getting cold before we were provided utensils was a bit of a downer. I would go back to Chillis, but probably not this location.

Since I was looking for new locations to find a new continuous irrigation hole, I went back to an old campground I visited between the years of classes when I attended the culinary school. After work I visited Chili's. The atmosphere I remember didn't really change. The staff was very friendly and the service was somewhat slow but consistent. Everyone was happy and friendly. For me, too, music makes the place. They played oldies, good sports were on the TV. Service was great. The food was fantastic. Very tasty and tasteful. Food came pretty fast and was served with a smile. Will definitely see if it's not just a single time fluke. But I recommend to try Chili's

Overall experience was good. Food was tasty, the gentleman who seated us was friendly as well as the person who served our food and drinks. But the waitress taking our order was not pleasant or friendly at all! I didn't want to leave a tip at all! Not being sure if it went to the unfriendly waitress or the person who actually brought our food and drinks out we left a tip. Will go again as i like the food they offer. They could use a bit of cleaning around the tables and the machine at table they use for card payments is dirty.

We sat at the bar for our lunch the bartender was very friendly very professional we enjoyed our experience and our food
