When we arrived, we were greeted by the fabulous and polite Natalie, along with their well-organized and professional manager, Harry. We mentioned to Harry that we chose this place specifically because we love to travel with our dogs. Even though we live nearby, we never thought of Chili's as a restaurant where we could enjoy a clear view of nearly 80% of the indoor parking lot.

I frequent this Chili’s pretty often and have never had a poor service experience. Today is the 4th of July, and I arrived shortly before 7pm. I had not waited long at all and was suddenly greeted by a young woman (Taylor , who apologized for my wait. This was not just a typical “sorry about the wait”, she was so sincere I felt I had to tell her it’s the 4th of July, and I appreciate that you are here! A bit later, still feeling bad for my wait, she offered free chips and salsa, which I said I very much appreciated but was not necessary. I really believe most people genuinely care, but I had to write about this experience and about this young woman’s courtesy and caring. And the food was gre...
So I used to like Chili's...but the last few visits have me questioning this...it's been service mostly. And food is questionable at times...French fries are NEVER hot. This past visit we never got silverware...had to hunt someone down...I really like the original chicken crispers but my last two visits they give me the country crispers...which I don't like as much.both times it's been the server who rings it in wrong...but blames the kitchen to protect his tip...when I look at the bill I can see the error. Ribs are hit or miss. Sometimes good...other times cold. So I think I will stay away for a while...I just haven't been that impressed. Too many other places to eat out at...
Their menu choices are Super!!! along with their Drink Specials at $5.00....Not watered down either!!! All delicious at a fair price!!! We Love dining there....if we can get in??? Always busy...and Now we know why!!! ??????

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the chicken and waffles with honey Chipotle sauce are delicious!
Double Bacon Cheese Burger was amazing I would have never Guess that Chili's made a delicious Cheese Burger but they do .
The food was standard and just average. The service was fine, and the men's restroom was clean and in good working order.
Typical Chili's experience. Nothing bad or good to say! Within walking distance of our hotel which is why we visited.
