Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

my friend and I took our children to this place and came there as soon as it opened. we were both super surprised how fast it was busy. Our children's food came at a reasonable time, but our lasted about 30 minutes, which is crazy, as we both only got appetizers as our meals. our server Shay was absolutely amazing, seriously so nice and accommodating. She gave us both desserts for the inconvenience and was really apologetic. we were upset about how she really worked hard with everything that's going on. I wish I could talk to a manager about how brilliant she was!

I would like to thank Chili's Bar Grill in Dryer, Indiana for the honour of Veterans Day 2021! My husband went for lunch and got a free really good hamburger with bacon, garlic aioli sauce and pommes. It was very good. The servers were excellent and made him feel special. I would recommend Chili to any future customer.

The food was great. They were shorthanded and our server was brilliant I knew he had to be stretched because he was the host, bartender, and waiter and it was not packed, but it was busy for a person and he rocked it. We gave him a 30 percent tip, we wished we could have afforded much more

They were pretty understaffed and there were quite a lot of customers. When we arrived we had to wait a little while to be seated. Our server seemed pretty overloaded but was fairly calm and friendly nonetheless. Will probably give them some timebefore the next visit.

Another example for too few employees for the number of customers. Our waitress worked hard to keep our party of five happy. Food was 5/5. Service was 4/5. The smallest question was resolved without any trouble. Thanks for a nice meal!
