Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was very blunt and rude and didn?t check on us once when we received our food(both appetizers and entrées). When paying for the bill, I had given her 50$ on a 45$ bill and when asking if I could get changeback(because I had a larger bill for her tip instead of the small ones), she gave me a very nasty look. From there the changeand to-go boxes were just thrown on the table and she left without saying a word. We were never told her name. Other than theservice, the food was alright, and the mozzarella sticks were very good.

Walked in behind a party of 11. We sat in a booth in the bar. I?m impressed it?s real clear they were short staffed but you wouldn?t know it by the service or food. Service was easy 10/10 and the food was better than most Chilis locations. Hot andfresh. They deserve a 10 and we tipped 70% to show how great it was after 8 hours of driving.

I truly believe that the only thing worth getting on the menu is the fajitas. I bought shrimp tacos and my tacos were falling apart. The cheese fries are always over cooked anymore. Probably why I only go here once a year when one of my kids suggestsit.

Today September 16 , I was helped by Emma an she was more then helpful serving us today .. or drinks never went low , very helpful when it came to the menu. Attended to us very well and it was just amazing !!!!! Definitely would come back

We came in late late from out of town needing a bite to eat. Our waitress name was Katie. (Same as mine. Awesome waitress!! Down to earth and kind, didn?t rush us even though we were cutting it close. Great food, even better service!!
