I want to give everything credit where credit is due. Our server, Sammi, was excellent. As a previous server, I notice the characters she does well in her job. She took our full order at the beginning and managed to check the appetizers before the meal when it did not come immediately, she went to go to check it. Before we go, we asked for a togo box, they gave me a box, but also a container of salsa, container for the queen, and even a spoon to put it there. She expected my needs and did things without asking. Kudos to the host and kitchen to welcome us in 45 minutes before closing (as I know this is something restaurant worker and is often met with bad service and guilt feelings are elimin...
I wish we could give a negative rating. I was seated waiting for the rest of my party and wanted to order their monthly $5 margarita. The server said I'm sorry we don't have that. The rest of my party arrived and we all got our beverages and ordered our lunches. I had ordered on the side a Texas cheesy fries. It came and looked disgusting I wish I had taken a picture so I could show you. It looked like it was sitting in the window for an hour. I returned it to Megan, our server, and said I couldn't eat this. If you lifted one fry all of them came up. Megan asked if I would like a new one. I said I think I'm done with that no thank you. There was no visit from a manager? talk about my disappo...
My Wife, Kids(adults), Grandaughters, and other assorted Family friends met here 2 weeks or so, after work for a late dinner and some had drinks too. 24 people in all. We showed up with no reservation. The staff bent over backwards to be able to seat us all together including the manager comping a couple dinner and drinks to move in middle of their dinner. The service was phenomenal, the food was all hot, fresh and DELICIOUS!!! OUR THANKS TO ALL STAFF INVOLVED! One of the BEST DINING EXPERIENCES EVER FOR US, and I used to work in the I industry so I know PHENOMENAL GUEST EXPERIENCES only happen when their staff all care about their guests care!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ALL!!!
Don’t recommend delivery! Second time we’ve ordered delivery from this location and they have forgotten items as well as sent incorrect items. Unable to refund directly or send out missing/incorrect items via delivery but instead offer a voucher to come back for missing items on another date. I will say I would give 5 stars to Dan, the bartender, when dining inside. Always gets orders correct, personable, fast and efficient, I could go on. Recommend inside dining but definitely not delivery.

Stopped by with my family at 4pm on a Sunday. Restaurant was very quiet when we walked in. Unfortunately stood at the host stand for 5minutes and despite seeing more than 5 different members of staff nobody greeted us or acknowledged us at all. No wonder they were not busy on a weekend… we went down the street to BJs and the service there was amazing despite the restaurant being busy. Staff at this chilis location need to work on their manners and common sense.
Ordered Essen Togo. I came home and noticed that they didn't give me the fries coming with my dinner. We have chips and salsa, there was basically no salsa to go with the huge bag of chips. The dipping sauces that come with the appetizer we ordered were also almost completely empty... Food we got was just okay and the only reason I didn't give 1 start. Must have a good amount of money on a meal over all bad quality.
The manager, Josh, seemed dismissive and even laughed while speaking with my server. After we decided to pay for what we had eaten, the waitress insisted I pay for my partner's meal too, even though she hadn't touched it. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I will not be returning. It's frustrating when a manager prioritizes their own opinion over the customer's experience.
Anyone who has been here the past few years knows that it was going downhill fast. But new management and new staff has made a huge difference. We just left there for dinner. It was packed but service never wavered. The food was amazing. We watched staff working their butts off both serving and cleaning. It is definitely the quality we are used to and will definitely be back with our family of 8.

Our go to, easy eating evening supper restaurant. Specials on back of menu are great. 3 items for $10.99. I absolutely love the chicken fajitas! Sign up for the app and get free chips and salsa. First time ever, hubby ordered mushroom burger and kitchen ran out of mushrooms! No compensation. Still delicious. Highly recommend otherwise.Waitress was excellent and apologetic.
This Chili’s has been hit or miss with service since Covid but love the easy food choices so we always go back. Tonight was a vest improvement and I saw the hustle and everything was great. Keep up the good work. It shows!
