Chili's Grill Bar Tempe

I normally love chilis and usually the service is great. My friend who just got home from her flight was hungry and so was I so we decided to stop in. It was father 's day, and we could tell they were short staffed so we totally understood the wait. Both of us are in the service industry and know what it 's like at a restaurant. The server got our drink and food order and never came back. We never got our appetizer and eventually asked for it to go since we no longer wanted it. We asked for another order of drinks while we waited for our main course and never got them. Asked for an update on the drinks and the server never put them in. Drinks never ended up coming again so we eventually flag...

Horrible lunch service today! Manager this is to you: Your place is upfront with customers when your team does not know how to run a register or take an order. I have been here before without this kind of an issue it's not your staffs issue it's yours. At 11:55 in the morning there is no reason why people are taking orders that don't know how to work the register and five people expediting. Extremely disappointing as I've wasted my lunch hour at your place and then finding it equally as important to tell you what I think because when I asked for you I was told to wait a few minutes.

VERY slow service compared to their other locations. We were a party of 4, and waited almost an hour after ordering for our food to arrive (two of those dishes were just a side salad and a cup of chili). One of the dishes was brought out almost 20 minutes before the others, so that food was cold by the time we were all ready to eat. Then, it was another long wait until we were able to get our bill. We barely saw our waiter the entire time. Overall, we spent 3 hours at this restaurant. Definitely will not be returning to this Chili's location.
