I ordered two Mediterranean wraps with falafel (vegetarian) and a side of fries from Chili's Grill. While one wrap was made correctly, the other contained chicken. Chili's Grill shows a worrying disregard for food safety and customer health. This order was intended for someone with a meat allergy, and thankfully I checked the wrap before eating. This could have led to a serious, even life-threatening, situation. When I contacted Chili's Grill for an explanation, they simply told me to reach out to DoorDash, saying they couldn’t do much. Went to Chili's last week hadn't been there in a very long time. I do remember enjoying it the last time I was there but this time I was very disappointed in the quality of the food it all tasted like it came out of a can and wasn't what I was expectingdidn't enjoy my meal didn't finish it wouldn't recommend Chili's anymore. I feel that a lot of other middle class restaurantsare way better quality food than what we experienced that day maybe One Step Up from fast food except for the Habit which Ithink is way better food than they do.
Excellent dinner tonight! Luna Grill is very delicious and a great value. Once the pandemic is over I can see myself wanting to enjoy the food fresh at the restaurant. It has a nice modern spacious ambience. I took pictures of the baklava because I thought it was way too small but holy cannoli it was a flavor explosion ?. Small but mighty! I need to get more than one next time.
We visit this restaurant frequently, but this time the experience was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the waitress, who was attentive. Unfortunately, the ribs were dry and needed to be sent back, and the wings were served cold, requiring a return as well. Dining out has become quite expensive, making this visit feel like a waste of time, gas, and money.

This is the BEST Luna Grill I've ever been to...and I've eaten at many locations. The Chino Hills store has the FRESHEST food, which makes it taste SO much better. The staff is very friendly and super service-oriented. Ann is knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will return whenever I'm in the area!
It’s not usually my kind of place, but I went with friends and had a good experience. The menu offered some new flavors for me. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I recommend giving it a try—you might really enjoy it.
The bartender was quite rude. He refused to serve me alcohol because I had an out-of-state license, insisting that I needed to get a California license. I’m a veteran who just got out of the service. Who is he to tell me that I need to change my license?
Whether it's take out or dine in once yet to get disappointed with Chili's. Food is consistently good! Their chips are seriously always on point! Staff is always great. Only complaint is late night guests are sometimes drunk and inappropriate.

Excellent food and service! We really enjoy their lunch and dinner specials. Plus, their selection of draft beer is outstanding!
