I want to give this location a good review, I really do. I've been here twice and the food was excellent: well packaged, hot, and exactly what I ordered (once, I even got extras The problem is, the other three times I've been here have been much less satisfactory. This last time (and it probably will be my last time ordering here) my food was packaged horribly, making half of it unappetizing since half of it was soaked in grease, and the other half covered by my mashed potatoes, which looks like they were just shoveled on top as the last item. As a bonus to the messy prep, I did not even get the items that I ordered. A quarter of the food I was expecting was just missing. I'd give three star...

Probably the last time eating at Chili's for my family and I. The temperature was extremely high when we walked in from the start. You would think that with it being over 115 degrees outside the central air would be circulating but that was not the case. Secondly, our toddler's food didn't come out for another ten minutes after my wife and I had received ours and the worst part about it was that our son's food was cold. So with that being said I gave my son my food since we did not eat until he received his and asked for a new dish. From beginning to end this experience was terrible. I feel God in this Chili's tonight. That's what I said when took a bite out of my honey Chipotle chicken crispers. If you've been to a Chili's before then you already know what it is when coming here. This particular location is always packed. It has to be one of the most packed restaurants in the valley, yet the service is always excellent. I heard rumors that it may close down soon which I hope isn't true because it's the only chili's in the valley. Closing the location down would lower the value of el centro. If you are coming here to eat I highly suggest getting it to go because sometimes you can wait 30+ minutes or more waiting for a table. The to go is much faster. If you're craving so...

I had a good experience at this Chili's. I went to get one drink and dinner. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with chips and salsa. The drink I ordered was the montly margarita for $5 and was way bigger than I expected. The chicken was very tender and the steal was good. Next time I'll probably just get the steak. For what I consider fast food everything was good. My husband got a burger with fries and I got the chicken fajitas. It came out fast and hot and the server was attentive. The only thing is like to see is more cleanliness. The shelf at the table dividing sections had a thick layer of dust that was off putting and I had to clean my seat before I sat.

No soda cause the soda machine exploded. meat was poorly made. “Secret sauce” more like Chick-fil-A sauce. Fries were alright, bread was definitely bussin. Highlight occasion the football game in every corner.bathrooms were clogged. L chilis ratio yb better welcome to chili’s ???

I had a fantastic dining experience today. The hostess and waiter were both very welcoming. Our drinks were served promptly, and our food arrived quickly. My dinner salad came out first, as it should, followed by a perfectly cooked steak. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch.

Great and efficient, love how they all come together as a team from the host to the servers and all the way to help manage to serve. Definitely my way to the diner! Do not forget to ask Alexa, she is wonderful, fast and not to mention her warm personality. Excellent service! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food and service were very good. Nice sized portions and came out hot. Needs to be a little cleaner and less dusty.
