Haley never introduced herself to me, and it was actually the other table that had to remind her I was there first. My order was wrong, and no one checked on me during my meal. Instead, she happily spent time with the other table, showing them how to pay and wishing them a good night. All the while, I had already used the device to settle my bill. When she finally came over to my table, she just dropped a box in front of me and asked if I needed anything else. I hadn’t done anything to deserve that treatment, and the couple at the other table seemed surprised by her insincere smile and lack of attention towards me.
Chili's Grill has recently renovated this location, and the bar area now looks great. The menu offers the typical Chili's dishes you’d expect. However, cleanliness isn’t a strong point here—chairs and benches often feel sticky, and the electronic screens at the tables are usually dirty and don’t work properly. Service can be inconsistent. They replaced their previous 2-for-$20 deal with a 3-for-me option, which includes a drink, appetizer, and entree with smaller portions at different price levels. Food is served quickly, and wait times are generally short, even during dinner.
The bowl of chili I received was just half a cup, which was quite disappointing given the price. The Chicken Crispers were basically grilled chicken with a bit of breading on top, not like the traditional Crispers I have enjoyed before. Moreover, there was no Caesar salad included with the Crisper meal.
I truly enjoy Chili's and have been coming to this location with my husband for more than a decade. The service is consistently outstanding! The chips and salsa are always a favorite, and Ashley and Kelly do a fantastic job overseeing the bar and serving customers at the tables. Here's to Chili's!

I seldom encounter issues at this Chili's, and when I do, they always find a way to fix it! I truly value their customer service, and the food is outstanding. The prices are reasonable, ensuring you get great value for your money. I would recommend it to almost anyone!
The restaurant serves delicious food and features a well-organized menu. The steak is wonderfully sweet, and the rice and broccoli have a similar delightful flavor. It's a fantastic spot, and I would consider visiting again!
Recently, the food at Chili's Grill has been underwhelming. The flavors are lacking, the fries seem old and stale, and the egg rolls and chicken no longer match the quality they once had. We've chosen not to return.
Saturday afternoon margaritas and appetizers were delicious. The atmosphere was calm and not crowded or loud, making it a perfect spot to catch up with friends. The waitress was friendly and never rushed us.

The salmon was slightly overcooked and dry, which is unusual for them. However, everything else was fantastic!
