The food was delightful and the ambiance was pleasant, but the service could use some improvement, particularly considering it was lunchtime and they had just opened. The waitress appeared disengaged, only coming by to check if we needed drink refills. We had to request silverware and napkins, which I believe should have been offered without us needing to ask. Despite this, I'm open to giving them another chance.
The food was excellent, and my server was exceptional. She provided the perfect level of attention and even went above and beyond to sweeten my iced tea just right when I asked for extra sweetness. Plus, she was also training a new staff member at the same time. While I usually prefer eating out elsewhere, I’m now inclined to choose Din more frequently.
I've always had a great experience at Chili's, thanks to the fantastic service and delicious food. This time, however, I encountered a small problem with my chips, which had a bitter aftertaste. They graciously offered me a fresh batch, but unfortunately, they tasted the same. I hope this won't be an issue during my next visit.
The food was amazing, and my server was outstanding. She expertly balanced being attentive while ensuring my iced tea was exactly how I like it—extra sweet. One staff member was trying to clean up but appeared overwhelmed, while the other servers were occupied with different tasks. Some menu items were unavailable, but by then, we were simply thankful to receive our food. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, though it was evident the restaurant could use some improvement.
I typically have a wonderful experience at this Chili's! While there are times when my chips might be slightly stale or my meal could use some enhancement, the service is always outstanding. The drinks at the bar are truly delicious! Additionally, being a rewards member definitely has its perks!
A few days ago, we were served by Terry, and she was exceptionally friendly and warm. She ensured that everything went smoothly, and the food was fantastic! I really wish Terry could be my server at every restaurant I visit. From now on, I’ll be requesting her every time. Excellent job, Terry!
Dine in? Be prepared to wait 45 minutes in your own car. By the way, the food still costs the same as it did before the pandemic, even though you're facing this inconvenience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was fast, and our waitress was very polite. I can't wait to return!
