The food was excellent, and my server was exceptional. She provided the perfect level of attention and even went above and beyond to sweeten my iced tea just right when I asked for extra sweetness. Plus, she was also training a new staff member at the same time. While I usually prefer eating out elsewhere, I’m now inclined to choose Din more frequently.
I've always had a great experience at Chili's, thanks to the fantastic service and delicious food. This time, however, I encountered a small problem with my chips, which had a bitter aftertaste. They graciously offered me a fresh batch, but unfortunately, they tasted the same. I hope this won't be an issue during my next visit.
The food was amazing, and my server was outstanding. She expertly balanced being attentive while ensuring my iced tea was exactly how I like it—extra sweet. Impressive enough, she was also training a new employee during my visit. Although I usually prefer takeout, I may start to appreciate dining in more often from now on.
A few days ago, we were served by Terry, and she was exceptionally friendly and warm. She ensured that everything went smoothly, and the food was fantastic! Dine in? Be prepared to wait 45 minutes in your own car. By the way, the food still costs the same as it did before the pandemic, even though you're facing this inconvenience. I felt like I was in California. Oh, and by the way, it’s not located on the south side of the interstate.
I don’t remember my server’s name, but she was excellent! She kept our drinks topped up and checked on us often. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the platter with ribs, a brisket quesadilla, fries, and street corn, and every item was incredibly tasty!
The service was decent, but the food was undercooked. We had to wait a long time to place our order and then again for our meals to be served. On the way home, I saw some blood on the buns and realized the meat wasn’t cooked properly.
I had a great time sharing drinks with my team at Chili's Grill in Jonesboro, AR. The bartender was excellent, quickly taking care of our food and drink orders. I can’t wait to visit again! Reserva una mesa ahora
