Chili's Grill Naperville

The restaurant itself has a nice appearance, although I think the layout could be improved, but it wasn't too bad. My food took around 15 minutes to be ready, and the servers were quick and friendly. The food was decent, but just that—decent. I ordered a burger, and while it was good, I feel they should ask how well-done you’d like your meat. I received my burger cooked to about medium-rare, but I prefer mine well-done. Overall, the food was simply good.

In my 27 years of working in customer service, this was easily the worst experience I have encountered. There was a complete lack of urgency, and it felt like they had no organized process in place. On the bright side, the food was good, but it made me question whether my order would even make it to the kitchen. I understand that mistakes can happen, but tonight was particularly disappointing.

Absolutely awful. Avoid this location at all costs. They sabotaged my order and put pickled jalapeños in my two-year-old son?s beans out of spite. What sort of awful, sick person does that?!? The kitchen is horrible. Literally every item in ourorder was inedible. Chicken burned on the outside and uncooked within, rice burned, fries undercooked, buns wet, the list goeson. Despicable.

We visited this Chili's around 7:30 PM with a group of 15 people. Even though we arrived late at night with 16 teenagers, we were warmly welcomed and received excellent service. Our server, Vanessa, was incredibly pleasant and attentive, accommodating all our needs. It was quite impressive! Reserva una mesa ahora

They were busy, so we had a 30-minute wait, but the server was nice. It took a bit for all our food to come, but the company was the best and we understood.
