Nouveau passage dans ce restaurant qui est fidèle à sa réputation. Tout d’abord accueil très agréable de la part de la jeune propriétaire avec qui nous avons longuement discuté. Le repas en 6 plats gastronomiques est succulent. Les associations sont parfaites. C’est une très bonne cuisine pleine de saveurs accompagnée de bons vins. Produits frais et locaux. Tout est fait maison même le pain). Nous avons eu le plaisir de discuter à l’issue avec le chef Arnaud qui a fait le tour des tables et nous a fait partager sa passion pour la cuisine. Nuit à l’hôtel ensuite qui est dans le bâtiment principal au charme d’une demeure ancienne très agréable. Prestation de très bonne qualité avec une chambre...

we ate every time in chilo when we went to the pyrenees. but realized that since our last visit it has been going on for years. little had changed. the same lovely outdoor terrace where they have a real sense in. the hills, the same family, the same cook. about eating: a mixed bag. the specialties (trüffel, cepes, girolles) all looked good and the girolles I decided as starters were great. the legumes of my wife were presented provisionally. the most important courses were less good. the turbot was a very generous part, but it was not the best turbot; too much like the starter. also my long-lasting were not as good as I would have hoped. the restaurant is located in a beautiful place with magnificent view. eating is good, but the high prices are not worth it. I had the turbot, which was a generous part, with a pleasant sauce well cooked delicate green vegetables. it was beautiful, but not amazing...and not worth euro. my man agreed. he had that lammed, again nice enough, but not stellar. it is a canvas, as the restaurant is beautiful and the cook is good, it is simply overpriced especially with regard to other restaurants in the environment.

an absolutely charming hotel with an breakfast of homemade jams yogurts chocolate pudding or obstpudding. Ham cheese of the region and wonderful selection of tees or coffee. only that makes the day a happy start. the restaurant is to die, an absolute...must eat there! this was a surprise stop on our road trip, so that we turn our trip back on the way to stay a second time. the region ther is wonderful for walks and bike tours. many thanks for their wonderful hospitality! Have eaten here both lunch and evening. They do a very good, if poorly advertised lunch menu at not high season). I have been there and the waiting staff have seemed reluctant to mention it. Blackboard is outside on street side so you...won't see any indication if coming in through the garden from the carpark. Menu in evening pretty good at and Wine pretty reasonable for restauarnt of this quality. Lunch is lovely on terrace.

Très belle cuisine d'Arnaud Chilo qui allie esthétique,saveur basque et générosité.Carte des vins très abordable et qui recèle quelques pépites locales en irouleguy blanc. Personnel très sympathique mais avec une marge de progression pour être à la hauteur de la cuisine. Petit déjeuner en revanche décevant par des produits sans caractère à l'exception des yaourts maison qui sont sublimes.

we had a nice meal here with our family. the service was great and the dame that served us, did their best to translate us and could not have been more helpful. we chose from the excellent menu and I had a beautiful hair. from the specials. frighten and entice all very tasty. probably also for fine eating.

My second visit after many years. The Menu Decouvertes of courses was very good value at euros, the fish course and the white chocolate dessert being the stand-out dishes. Decent local wines by the glass and a good armagnac with coffee completed an...enjoyable meal Reserva una mesa ahora

You go here if you want something special. The food is sublime, and different from the good but basic menus offered by many restaurants in the area. We have been for St. Valentine's day and Christmas lunch.

A local institution.... What's one the best label! Great food, Basque style, fresh local products.... Not just a restaurant, a unique special place for great food experience! We love it!!
