Chimi's Fresh-mex - Reservar una mesa

First time to Chimi’s and it was good. I always try the beef fajitas on my first visit to a Mexican restaurant. It came with beans, rice; guacamole, pico de gallo, green and red bell peppers and onions. Most of the beef was tender and juicy. The meat didn’t have the limey taste or enough spice to elevate the taste to a 5 star level. Our server provided us excellent service. I like the brightness of all the colors in the dining area. I will be back to try other items including their margaritas.

Chimi's holds its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and my recent visit to their Chesterfield location solidified this preference. Their Chile Poblanos, served with a side of beans and rice, is consistently delicious and satisfying. Adding to the pleasant dining experience is their great Margarita and commendable service. With reasonable prices, Chimi's continues to offer a well-rounded and enjoyable Mexican meal.

Thought we were not served in order of attendence as it really was not very crowded. But food was good and we had time to chat with family from out of town. So all in all a good experience.Food: 5/5

I was pleasantly surprised by Chimis. The food was awesome. The atmosphere was relaxed. I'd definitely go back there any time.Food: 5/5
