It's been a while since I visited the Chimney Rock location in Flemington due to my previous experiences with slow service. However, during my recent visit, I was pleased to find that the seating time was quick and the service significantly improved. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as delicious as I remembered; the cheese lacked flavor, and I found myself needing to add salt to enhance the taste. On the bright side, the pizza was still thin and crispy with a perfect crust. We went about. 45 minutes to a fair from where we live and decided to dinner around this location. My wife found this place and it was a lot of fun, lots of space inside, but we chose to sit outside on such a beautiful day. They had good drinks and the food was delicious. My wife and I shared some fried pimples with a spicy dipping sauce and then split a BBQ plate with brisket and pulled pork and ribs and garlic sweet potatoes and cola. Everything was so good. I love Chimney Rock the food is consistent and quality. I just love the vibe of all their restaurants its a great eating experience inside, very cozy. However I'm extremely disappointed they took the grown up grill cheese away : myself and many other’s are extremely disappointed. I hope it will come back at some point soon. Was a menu favorite of many. Edit: The grill cheese is back! But I have a new favorite the Loaded Tater Tots are an INSANE appetizer. You can share it among 3-4 people its so filling. The food at a Chimney rock is clean and comforting.
We were greeted and seated quickly at 1:45 on a Sunday. Server offered suggestions from several categories on the menu. We started out with the Blanco Tots: ahh-may-zing. It's like a Mexican-ish dish had a baby with tater tots. Everything was so fresh flavorful. The gown-up grilled cheese was just as tasty, which made up for the lack of cheese on the sandwich. The pizzas also looked so yummy. Maybe we'll try that next time. Don't miss this place. Service food prices are ON POINT!

This place when I first walked in and we were brought to our table. The room we were in was so freaking cute. I couldn't believe it. It is like the perfect place to have a small intimate wedding with the flowers all over and the fireplace and the food. Wow the food was amazing. We had people with allergies and the manager came out after speaking directly with the chef to tell us certain things were in certain foods that were ordered. Awesome caring staff.
Was there for an engagement party today. Well organized and comfortable space for our families. Prompt service and staff kept ahead on used dishes and glasses. Food was very good. Thin crust pizza for starters then main course of open slice steak sandwich which was delicious. I like the atmosphere and I lived in the area would easily see myself as a regular. Check it out if you live in the area or staying in area. You will not be disappointed.
Super friendly bartenders who were definitely upstairs! They kept our drinks full without asking us. We ordered the vegan chilli pizza because I never had chili on my pizza. It was good, but I wasn't a fan of crust. I think it was whole wheat or gluten-free or so... either so, I loved all vegan options available.
Chimney Rock Inn is a great spot for a meal and drinks. The venue has numerous dining areas and a decent-sized bar. There's ample parking available right off 31 South. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Plus, there’s a wide variety of food and drink options to choose from. Food rating: 4/5.

The food was excellent—I'd suggest trying the pork tacos or the pizza. Others in my group also loved the wings and burgers. I will definitely return in the future!
