The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life ! She would look me up and down, say things under her breath and pass insults while I was paying her. The old hag of a lady was exceptionally rude on multiple occasions but what made me never go back was when I asked her for NAPKINS!… she gave me the death stare and said… “why you don’t have napkins at home” ?? If I asked for spicy in oil it’s 50 cents per piece, if you ask for soy sauce or hot sauce, you get one packet, if you ask for utensils it’s one per piece. There’s a tops china down the street…. Much better service and cheaper prices. This lady does not deserve to be in business!

I recently encountered an issue with a restaurant that had a coupon promotion offering a free chicken lo mein or fried rice with a $30 purchase. I made a purchase of $40 worth of Chinese food, but the older woman and the pre-teen girl who assisted me refused to honor the coupon and didn't want to provide my free entree. This is baffling, especially since I'm actively supporting their business. They suggested I use the coupon on my next order, which left me speechless. This experience reflects poorly on their management and raises serious questions about their business ethics.
The Hot and Sour soup was disappointing—just mushrooms in a very thin broth, which was not what I expected since it's my favorite. I was really let down. The Chicken Teriyaki was also dry. However, the crab rangoon was excellent, so please continue to keep that on the menu!

Ordered last night for dinner. Noodles were dry and stale. Egg roll and spring rolls tasted like they were cooked in spoiled oil and were soaked in oil. Threw out almost all of meal. Won’t order from them again.
Been here two times in the last few years everytime I eat here I get stomach issues almost like food posioning. I waited a year to go back and give it a chance same result. So never coming here again.
Had food delivered..it was quick hot and delicious. Best Chinese food I've had in a very long time..will definitely order again when I'm in town.
The service here is good and the food is absolutely delicious! My new go to Chinese spot, the Monday deals are also great!
