In town for a couple of nights, so hit up China City for some delivery as not familiar with the area. I did call them to confirm my location, and they were very friendly on the phone. Food arrived within the time specified and it was hot and tasty! Chinese food can be hit and miss, with the different styles of cooking, but this food was just like home and tasted very light and fresh! Certainly not drowned in oil and heavy. I would certainly recommend China City.
Absolutely atrocious customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star owner hung up on me when I was questioning why our order had been cancelled. Order due to arrive at 7pm Received a message at 715pm saying it was half an hr late and we could request some money back, at which point we did to then only find out at 740pm that the entire order had been cancelled with no warning. Disgusting service. Rude owner. Service: Delivery
total I am happy with this restaurant, but I would like to share 1 problem unfortunately every time when eating something different from each other, the previous time when I ordered the two servings 1 was far from the other very radical unfortunately was a part of the larger half not good to eat to ensure the quality because it unfortunately other restaurants that will gladly use my services. insights
They lady who was on the on phone today Tuesday 7th November taking orders needs to find a new job that she can actually do.
