I recently had the worst meal I've had in a long time at this restaurant. The Chow mein noodles tasted like chemicals, the Diet Coke was not even close to tasting like Diet Coke, and there were particles floating in the cup. The sweet and sour/sesame chicken was just okay, not overcooked but not impressive either. The food seemed like it had been sitting out all day, even though I arrived shortly after they opened. It was definitely not worth the $14+ for a meal and drink. Only around 5 other people were there during lunchtime, indicating that others may agree with my disappointment. This is an incredible family-owned restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the family running it is wonderful. They welcomed us warmly and were very accommodating since two of my family members use wheelchairs. The staff was genuinely happy to see my parents, who hadn’t visited in about six months. I recently moved back to Oklahoma from California, and I truly appreciate the cozy, friendly atmosphere of a small town! And the food is absolutely delicious!
