Will blacklist you with no explanation or reason whatsoever. Had plenty of deliveries via Uber Eats with no problem, then all of a sudden they start getting cancelled. After the third or fourth time this happened, I called to ask why and was told that my address was blacklisted. I asked why any was told it was because something happened. I don 't remember . This is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for me to be blacklisted, there has never been an issue or incident. If there had been, why would I have continued to try to order from there?! Also, if something happened , why is there no record of it to allow them to let me know what I have allegedly done wro...

Ordered food to be delivered, waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery, which we had agreed to. Two meals were missing from the delivery. Phoned China Dove and the man on the phone was very rude telling us that the meals were not missing and he would not deliver more. It got very heated and the call ended with the man saying ‘maybe you should order somewhere else then.’ My mother in law went down to the shop the next day as they had con’d us out of £15. They refused to give the money back but said they would cook the meals for her now. The man said that maybe one of our family members had started eating the missing meals how ridiculous! The most disgusting meal of what was supposedly chicken breast in bbq sauce, I have ever had delivered, after looking ar it for several minutes I binned it, what an absolute waste of money, needless to say I will not be using china dove again

Can only comment on the special chow mein and spring rolls I have just eaten. They were truly delicious. Emergency workers, blue light card discount here. Friendly staff too. Recommended
