Everything was terrible. The chips were inedible, the curry was soaked in oil, and the chicken was tough. Both the egg fried rice and chicken fried rice were burnt and had crispy bits, and the prawn crackers were oily and burnt. It was absolutely disgusting, and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. When I contacted the restaurant to try and resolve the issues (we had ordered from them before and it was fine), all they said was that it was because the food took a while to be delivered, and to contact Just Eat for a full refund. I will not be ordering from them again and would not pay for this food. It was a complete waste. I highly recommend going elsewhere and avoiding China Moon. Zero stars w...
I ordered the takeaway on just eat, it wasn't just eat that was the problem coz the food arrived on time and the app was working fine but the food was cold and soggy, it was also very greasy, the king prawn fried rice was tasteless, none of the family enjoyed our meal and the worst thing was when I rang the restraunt up to complain, I was ignored and they put the phone down, I recommended anyone who is going to order from here takes a look at the reviews coz their is some appalling things being said about this restraunt, in fact I've seen it where someone found a load of hairs in their meal, I wouldn't recommend this chinese to anybody, it has to he the worst takeaway experience of my life.
Wow! The flavors and taste of everything in this order are absolutely fantastic! I had it delivered to my home and it brought back childhood memories of dining at the restaurant. The food is delicious and it's a family-run business. I highly recommend it! The best Chinese food in the neighborhood. Thank you, China Moon, once again!
Ordered via just eat, placed the order at 6:30, I was told delivery would be 7:40. At 7:50 I was told order was on its way I am a 3 minute drive away. After 15 mins I called again they said the order was on its way again. I eventually asked for a refund 10 mins later a cold meal arrive. Will never order again Reserva una mesa ahora
After recently relocating to the area and feeling overwhelmed with unpacking, my family decided to order takeout from China Moon. We were pleased with the quick delivery, affordable pricing, and the delicious, hot food. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
