this morning I decided to order shrimp dumplings for the first time for something light because I’m sick. The dumplings had a horrible retched smell and the dough was so chewy more like a momo or as if they didn’t cook long enough. They also gave me the wrong shrimp and broccoli and spread it over brown rice instead of white. I waited 45 minutes and than another 45 minutes.NO REFUND all though they did replace the shrimp and broccoli, I offered to send the dumplings back THEY SAID NOI would have to come in person.I tipped generouslyITS MESSED UP TO DO A FREQUENT CUSTIMER LIKE THIS.
Best Chinese food in Rosedale! Don't waste your money ordering through 3rd party apps, order from their website for $1 delivery fee. We eat here all the time. We get delivery mostly but sometimes just pop in and place an order. They are fast and courteous and the waiting area is clean. We love China 1 and have never been disappointed. The deliveries come quick and are always correct. The best deal is the family deal or the $11 combo plates that come with an entree, fried rice and an egg roll. I have never had a bad experience with the service or quality/quantity of food
My primary concern is how they can serve food like this that could potentially make people sick. I can't help but wonder if whatever gets donated to the nearby Goodwill is what ends up being served here. Those of you leaving 5-star reviews might have stronger stomachs from drinking the Baltimore city tap water, or perhaps your judgment is cloudy. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place.
I would advise against visiting this restaurant. The General Tso's chicken I ordered on New Year's Day tasted spoiled and had a rubbery texture. My wife's meal made her feel ill. I saved some leftovers to see if they would taste any better, but they actually got worse.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The general tso's chicken I got on new years day tasted spoiled and rubbery. The food my wife got made her sick. I kept some of my leftovers to see how it would taste and it got even worse.
I’ve been ordering from China one for many years and I recommend their food highly not only is the food delicious their customer service is impeccable.
