A delicious yet misunderstood Chinese restaurant. My first experience here was for dim sum. I expected dimsum carts flowing around and picking off the cart. Not so here. I got a menu sheet like an AYCE sushi place with prices. I look at the prices and some seem kinda high. I was getting discouraged. Then I got my dimsum...lol The sui mai was double the normal size. And... It was awesome. I ordered chicken feet, jellyfish , etc. It seemed pricy but the quality was there . It also seemed pricy because I over ordered. "I had an amazing experience with the authentic Chinese food here. The lobster was absolutely delicious, and the orange peel chicken had a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The salty pork chop was seasoned wonderfully as well. The chicken fried rice was fresh, and the pan-fried dumplings made for a great appetizer. However, the highlight of my visit was the service! The staff was incredibly friendly. I would definitely give this place a 5 out of 5!"
The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The live music created a relaxing vibe that was lovely to enjoy. I will definitely return! Our waiter recommended some excellent dishes, and we were very pleased with our choices.
pricey ass dim sum!! but it is worth it. it is not your typical small size dim sum. to my surprise the sizes are pretty big. so it may be pricey but the quality and quantity you get, i say it is worth it. the atmosphere is also nice and they have a bar.

We absolutely adore the dim sum served at this restaurant! In my opinion, it's the only place in the Inland Empire that offers such authentic Hong Kong dim sum. It's great to have it locally so we don't have to travel far to enjoy delicious dim sum!
Food is so good! Especially their dimsum! Food was served with less wait time and staff is courteous. The place screams fine dining. Very nice ambiance and place is huge! Perfect for large groups. I would come back here and chow down again!
This place was outstanding in every aspect quality of food portion sizes and service , BEST Chinese food I have had in years I live in the Victorville area and will definitely drive down the hill to eat here again it was EXCELLENT
Very upscale Chinese restaurant. Service was outstanding. We tried the Hong Kong lobster. First time having deep fried lobster ..it was amazing. Dim sum fresh and best around! Also had Singapore noodles it too was perfect.

China Republic has very good Dim Sum. It has great flavor, served quickly, many sections try the scallion pancakes. The regular menu has good selections. Like Beef or chicken Chow Fun.
Good food at a very reasonable price. Keep coming back.. Peking duck is always on my list.. :
