we were eating on 12.10.2022 on the occasion of a birthday with 4 people in the bambuspalast husum. the negative critikens of previous reviews I cannot understand in any way. the personal was polite and accommodating, although a little excited and a little slow at ordering. the restaurant was visited very moderately, this was probably due to the bad reviews. buffet there was none, but eating a la carte was extremely tasty and visually very well dressed. whether pre-soup, duck or fish dish, there were no complaints! but where is this not the case with the current situation in Germany in the gastronomic institutions?! Finally, it can be said to be in conclusion that it was a culinaryly rounded...
