During lunch we ordered the exit from Jade Garden in Ingelheim. There are no lunch specialties, only combination dishes that are basically combinations of several dishes. We ordered 3 duck dishes and 1 combination to share. It was a lot of food! We had enough leftovers for another meal. The duck dishes were cooked in the same way, with sauce on the side, peanut sauce, sweet and acidic and pineapple/exotic fruits. The combination also included fried chicken covered in a sweet and acidic sauce. The dishes also came with white rice and fried rice. Overall it was OK, nothing amazing or extraordinary. We felt that they were very nice, our order was not properly prepared and we had to wait to get...
Unfortunately, the staff is somewhat unfriendly and inattentive, it looks like their work does not make them happy anymore. That was different from Corona. The quality of food has also declined. The vegetables were cooked and not as crisp as I wanted to eat there. The price level is okay. I eat again because maybe everyone had a bad day. Everyone deserves a new attempt and the chance to improve something.
Our absolute favorite Chinese in the city! Whether in the restaurant or at the delivery service: the food is delicious, warm and above all always equally good. You notice that the ingredients (e.g. ducks or chicken meat) are of high quality. We can easily recommend the Jade Garden and look forward to our next visit.
