In this restaurant, it is possible to respect the following custom (no sushi/maki sauce) because it is supposed to be already perfectly accompanied by the chef so we show respect for his work. The lady who takes care of the meals to take away allows, at each passage, to tell the client, that it is not necessary to put too much food in the barrels with a rather nasty look!
