Drove past this establishment a few times, always planned to stop in, and I finally did. Quiet, not very busy, which was perfect. Ordered the General Tso's chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls. The chicken was very good. There was a slight crunch from the breading, even while being covered in sauce. The spice level on the sauce was perfect. Fried rice was typical, and the egg rolls were exceptional. Nice crispness with no residual grease from the fryer. Some might be turned off by the use of paper plates and plastic wear, I was not. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu and I'm looking forward to it!
Food was hot and super tasty. Had to wait on hot and sour soup because they made it fresh. Really pleasantly surprised as someone who’s had gourmet food from all over the globe. This was amazingly great Chinese-American food. Salty, but what does one expect. Umami was off the charts.
I just picked up a takeout order from this restaurant, and as I was leaving, I glanced back into the kitchen and saw the cook tasting the broth or whatever he was preparing, then putting the utensil back into the food. I feel like my $11, plus a $2 tip, was completely wasted.
The food is incredibly delicious and served quickly. My favorite dish is the Singapore noodles with jalapeño; it's absolutely fantastic. The service is always prompt and the staff is very friendly.

I visited for the first time and everything was delicious and served hot. I really appreciate being able to watch the cooks prepare the food, and the prices are very reasonable too!
Needed some noodles and MSG....and I needed it quick. Logic dictated....NO it compelled me to follow the path to Chinese Express....and it wasn't wrong. Amazing noodles all day
Atmosphere and service were both good. The general tso's chicken I ordered was burnt to high heaven ruining any good flavors that might have been there sadly.
The food was very plain I ordered the shrimp and broccoli and only got three pieces of broccoli I paid $2 extra for noodles and they were plain

This is our go too in Gahanna. It 's pretty good.Not cheap. Chinese noodles are extra.
