We had a very disappointed take away roast pork from you this afternoon, I've spent $20 for it and I have asked the staff very nicely not to give us the really fat part because we couldn't eat them, by the dinner time we unpacked the roast pork, they are full of big chunks of fat so we cut them off and weight them, they are almost 200g in total consider I've only bought 500g at$40/KG, so that's $8 pure waste, we have alway supporting your business since day one but this is not the first time we had bad roast duck/roast pork take away from you so we won't be back in the future.
The laksa here is absolutely delicious! The soup is somewhat lighter and less thick compared to other places, but it’s still packed with flavor. They also offer a generous portion of fresh toppings, including plenty of bok choy, three prawns, and fresh tofu puffs. You get to choose your preferred noodle, and I personally enjoyed the rice vermicelli. The restaurant is situated next to the Asian grocery store, rather than in the main food court area. Overall, it was a great dining experience!
Have seen this place for a while but have never stopped to eat till recently. I can say firmly that I'll be bringing friends and family to the self-service buffet (NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT). It's $16.5 per large plate of food, plenty of options, and the food is delicious to another level, the chicken and beef you could taste the smoke underneath all the flavours of the dish which just perfectly layered on each other. I still have a lot to try here, but that's my review of the buffet.
I 've been to this place several times for its buffet and enjoyed it. However, today, the woman, whom I 've had pleasant conversations with in the past, decided to charge me extra saying there was too much food on my plate. It was the same portions as my previous visits and nobody said anything then, including her. As I was walking away she made a 'whatever ' comment behind my back. Won 't go back! Service: 1

I've been visiting Golden Orchid with my family for years, and they have never disappointed us with their delicious, authentic meals. Every person I bring here ends up wanting to return. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try; both the food and the staff are amazing. Thank you to the Golden Orchid team!

Had a great bowl of chicken corn soup, freshly made. It was on the salty side but that’s completely on me, not them I’m not a fan of a lot of salt. The staff were magnificent and there was a good turnover of customers. Would go again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
The food here is consistently outstanding. I particularly enjoy the wonton noodle soup and the black pepper chicken! For takeout lunch, the prices are very reasonable, ranging from A$1 to A$20. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5!
