Have just been here. It is my local chip shop and although I am not a frequent visitor I always go here if I fancy fish and chips. The food has always been fine. However, after tonight never again. Two people in shop and one outside all of whom had been served and were waiting orders to be prepared. Four or five members of staff, including I believe the owner. No one waiting to be served. I stood at the counter for about 7 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. You know the experience. the waiter in the restaurant who knows you are there and will not catch your eye under any circumstances even though they are perfectly well aware of your presence. We’ve been regular customers for over a year with them. But tonight will be the last time we use them. They served and delivered food that clearly hadn’t been cooked right. Chicken that was bleeding, a meal that was supposed to have curry sauce hardly had any on. And served spicy tikka kebab meat to my mother when she asked for plain kebab. There quick enough to deliver your food. But if you complain they really don’t care. They eventually do give your money back. But make you wait over an hour for it. Which isn’t on at all, plus it’s not a full refund as they keep the delivery money which you pay for. The lady who we spoke to clearly didn’t care, and her attitude was oh well. This is disgus...

My wife is a coeliac so has to have gluten free. We live in Wednesfield on the other side of city, but make the journey because the food is okay. Tonight, I put in my order £25.30, and was made to wait almost half an hour for the order. You’d think, surely, if people can be bothered to walk in, that they would be served first, or perhaps, have a dedicated member of staff to look after them and not have all staff pandering to Go Eat or whoever. A 30 minute wait for fish and chips is very, very poor and I shall try to find somewhere closer to home.

I haven't had a takeaway for a while. And i wasn't disappointed. I had a large cod and a good size cone of battered chips with a pot of gravy and a curry sauce. My husband had a mixed kebad chips and salad which was a big portion for a small. Easy to order over the phone staff helpful and polite. I payed over the phone and it was delivered in just under 45mins. I will definately have a saturday night treat again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Found thisnhidden gem around three months ago, and in have never been disappointed! Great food, wonderful staff and it looks lovely and clean! Today they really stepped up their game and helped out a family member who's been struggling quite a bit lately, selfless and courteous, I cant recommend them enough!

Was not able to order food cause they would not deliver my order with it being below £10, I wouldn’t mind but they charge you for delivery anyway so I don’t think it really matters if it just below that or not, not good customer service at all.

Ordered takeaway fish and chips tonight, thank you yet again for gorgeous gluten free fish and chips fantastic service and pleasant friendly staff. Food always fresh and good servings. thank you.

Great chip shop. They serve battered and unaltered chips. The staff are always polite and you can pay by card if orders are over £5 Also, the food doesn't taste to oily or fried Reserva una mesa ahora

Always enjoy the food here. Nothing is too much trouble. Good quality food (Especially the battered chips! and friendly staff.
