I was the fifth person to place my order first thing in the morning. The lady at the counter asked what I would like, and I proceeded to order. I requested my veggies to be placed only on half of my dish, which she did. However, when she added my beans, she put them on one side. I politely asked her to spread them across the entire bottom instead. Her response was to exclaim, "Oh my God?" and roll her eyes. I found her behavior rude, especially for someone working in customer service in the morning. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider finding a new one. I will not be returning here again.
I get that there's worry about a recession and supply chain problems, but let's be real. Prices at this national chain have climbed, and now they're skimping on the meat and other ingredients. I had to ask the server for a bit more barbacoa—it’s not like I was ordering off a kids' menu! Just three years ago in San Jose, the price was $9.95, and now it’s $11.05. It went from $10.35 to $10.65, then $10.85, and now $11.05. I wouldn’t be shocked if it hits $11.35 or more in a few months. On top of that, the paper bowls are getting noticeably smaller. Just wait and see.
Furthermore, the cashier appeared to hold me responsible for scanning my rewards app too late. She suggested it was my fault for not doing it before she finalized the transaction, which would have required her to redo it. The system isn't very user-friendly, so it feels unfair to blame customers for the timing issues. The staff were hurrying through their tasks, yet they expect customers to match their speed when using the rewards app.
If you recall Chipotle being better than this, it’s not surprising—this specific location definitely doesn’t meet that standard.

It was our first time dining at a Chipotle restaurant, and I wish I had taken a photo before we ate. The fast-casual setup allows you to customize your order as the staff prepares it right in front of you. We enjoyed our meal at clean tables. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is that they didn't have any soft corn tortillas, either white or yellow.
I really appreciate that they’re happy to give me extra rice when I ask. As a big fan of rice, this is by far the most generous Chipotle I’ve visited in terms of rice portions. I’ll definitely order from this location again if it’s convenient.
This restaurant is always a great choice for a burrito or bowl for lunch or dinner. The new Pollo Asado shell is fantastic. Just take a look at it!
The portions were sizable, and everything tasted fresh. I ordered for pick-up, and it was packaged more neatly than at most Chipotle locations.
