Constant problem at the Chipotle order pickup. The staff inside when I order in person, I don?t have much issues with. Numerous times I have ordered online and the order is either messed up or underserved. The bowl is sloppily thrown together and on this order I asked for extra rice and double Chicken. What I got was half a bowl of rice and 8 pieces of chicken. The portions are always underserved and extremely small. The level of care at order pickup needs to be addressed.
I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and had a fantastic experience. A young man named Matthew Williams came behind the counter and delivered the best service I've ever received. He offered me a bottle of chilled wine along with his top taco recommendation. Interestingly, he spoke with a British accent, which I found a bit unusual. I’m looking forward to seeing Matthew again tonight when I return with my good friend.

The food was decent, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was trash scattered all over the floor, and there were no napkins available. To make matters worse, while I was eating, I felt something wet drip onto my head. I checked the ceiling for any signs of leaks, but there weren't any. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, to be honest.

The food is incredibly delicious, making it a great spot to visit when you're hungry. The staff is also very friendly.
