This location 9/10 doesn?t disappoint. Standard Chipotle burritos/tacos. No weird tastes like other locations I?ve been to. Workers are typically polite and do their job accordingly. There?s only been a few times over the years where I wasdisappointed. It happens. I still go out of my way to drive to this location vs the Hampton one which is significantly closer tome. They are extremely busy and obviously understaffed here which the employees are not at fault for. Hopefully with theincrease in food prices will result in an increase in compensation to the employees.

the girl that usually works around 4-5 with the big gaudy nose ring is always so hateful. looks at you like you?re stupid and acts like she hates her job. she never makes the burritos correctly, always rips them and thinks it?s acceptable. i know it?sdinner rush but their work area is unclean, and i just can?t get over the attitude from specifically her. the rest of theemployees are always kind and helpful, but she is awful. if you don?t enjoy working somewhere you should not work there. pointblank

The restaurant offers a solid selection even after the impact of Covid. You can get in and out relatively quickly. It's important to note that it's not a budget-friendly spot, but the portion sizes make up for it. While it's not a fast, inexpensive taco drive-thru, you definitely get your money's worth.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place. The lobby is closed, so you have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for your pick-up, regardless of the weather. There’s no indication online that it’s only for pick-up, so you might as well head over to Panda Express instead.
My order was stolen AGAIN... There need to be a better system set up to where the online/mobile orders are better monitored. The staff seemed nonchalant about the fact my order was missing instead of trying to either remake it or offer a refund.

Just a Chipotle. Workers focus on getting your order done. Very little interaction at all between customer and employees. They scoop a fair amount of food. Dining area and tables are clean but not spotless.
Good for an unplanned lunch dinner in any part of the US cities. Food is good for a reasonable price. Service is quick.
