I 'm not a big fan of trashing places or giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest here. This was my first time having Chipotle. -shocking i know- I dunno if it was just this location or what, but my food was near flavor-less. It was almost as if you had ppl who had never had a burrito before were told vaguely about how to make one. You had all of the staples... There was a tortilla, what they called carnitas, some rice, cheese beans, guac what they called salsa, but something was amiss. Its hard to explain. It was almost as if you told a British middle school cooking class to make mexican food based off of a picture. 0/10would not recommend. And. AND. My order cost over 20 bucks for a bur...
This restaurant consistently serves the best food at very reasonable prices. During my recent visit, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I've ever met. I asked about their spiciest chicken burrito, and they provided exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could remember the names of the two amazing ladies who attended to me, as they were truly fantastic. I even surprised one of them with my love for spicy food! The manager shared that they aim to uphold high standards, as customer service can be challenging, and you never know what types of customers you’ll encounter. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff and encourage them to keep up the excellent work!
Stopped at this chipotle on my way through. They told us they were out of veggies and only began making them after we specifically asked when any would be available. Then she asked me if I wanted white rice and I said I?d like brown rice and she told me that they?re out for the day, but there was still some in the container. She then told me I could just get my chicken, rice and veggie bowl without rice or veggies. Needless to say I left and did not get anything. Customer service is lacking at this location.
Garbage, this place was awful if it were my first time to ever try this I'd never go back but since the one in Elkton Maryland is where it's at I know not to ever patronize this one in particular ever again. The food seemed cold and old. They were out of steak in which I understand things happen but the place was filthy. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Thank you but no thank you.

The lady who prepared our order had attitude and she was rude. even though we were easygoing. I asked her to add a little bit more chicken because her first scoop wasn?t full. She said ?oh so you want double?? I said okay. But then ended up paying 20 dollars for a burrito. Not coming here again.
Clean and welcoming atmosphere! The food is always fresh and delicious. I eat here a little too much, and the staff is always cheerful and full of banter. One of the employees, Abby, always greets me with a smile and is very helpful!
The customer service at this restaurant is consistently professional, and I really appreciate the fast food model they have in place. It's ideal for anyone looking for a quick, healthy meal while they’re on the move.
Usually my place goes, but wow this is unacceptable. I can't believe this was served to me. You want to tell me you're looking at this and you thought it was okay!

This one is the worst my rice is hard no vegetables was done the chicken was cold. I will never be back here again
