WOW! Just wow! I haven't enjoyed food like that in a long time—perhaps not since my days in San Diego! I tried Chipotle for the first time since I was in the area, and it was AMAZING! The vibe is lively, the music is upbeat, and the food is fantastic! I could even give up Taco Bell for a whole week just to have Chipotle for a day! The staff is genuinely friendly, and the place is clean without litter all over the floor. The only two minor issues I noticed were an overflowing garbage can and a couple of unremarkable tables, but that’s to be expected. I just need to be a bit quicker next time! Honestly, nothing can overshadow the great food, the vibrant music, and the fast service!
Love the food! You have to request “extra” though to get your bowl filled... and pay extra too The staff is okay, mostly busy all the time. My biggest complaint is the MESSY restaurant. The patio tables were dirty and the trash overflowing so I went back inside and found a table for two, had to clean my own table with water and napkins, but there was food under the tables and all other empty tables were dirty. Like no one wants to clean. I watched people start to look for a table but then walk out with their food. Really people? I’ve never seen an employee wiping tables.
Something in Chipotle's food gives me the absolute worst stomach pains known to man and no, this is not a food allergy. I suspected maybe I was unable to break down avocado proteins, but that was quickly proven false when the rest of my familyinevitably got caught under this bus. It is the kind of pain that leaves you groaning in bed for hours on end as any kind ofmovement incites pain. What is in their food that makes it impossible to move afterwards? Why does it cause so much frustrationfor digestive tract?
The food here is good, but I've had some issues with their kid's meals. If they run out of something, like the crunchy tacos, they won't let you substitute anything or even offer extra chips to make up for it. Also, don’t bother asking for one large drink instead of two small ones, as substitutions aren't permitted. I wish they were more flexible with substitutions; it would definitely improve the experience at this restaurant.

The food is good, but if they are from something for the kids food like the crispy tacos, they will not let you replace and get additional chips to compensate for the lack of crispy taco shells and forget to ask for a big drink instead of two small zero substitutions allowed Wünsch that they allowed substitutions, this would really make this a better place.
I always like to get a veggie burrito. it is amazing and tastes fresh. but the people who work on this place are so unprofessional! They talk about each other before the customers and when they go in them, they are upset that they have to do their job. each. single. time. I'm torn because I went back for great food or skipped it for the service.
This is a joke, are their no good employees anymore after the pandemic, I'm a doordash driver and as I wait over 30 min for my order, I literally see 5 employees in the front just talking and laughing. Must be nice. Their isn't a single customer in here either. These people need to be held responsible
A while ago, I rated this Chipotle one star, but I've since raised it to three. In my opinion, it has improved significantly compared to how it was before. However, I still don't feel comfortable ordering online, as they tend to shortchange the double meat portion.
