I think this is a decent place to eat at. some of the people rating here doesn't understand how busy this location get and how chipotle dictates how much food is supposed to be given. most of the time, even for any restaurant places like this, if you'renice and ask, the workers will give you more or an explanation of why it would be considered as an extra charge. even during thereally hot day when the ac doesn't work, (which is at fault of the owner not the workers/managers) they still work through theheat. so yes, 5/5 would recommend this place.
Typically, my experiences at this restaurant have been enjoyable, as the staff is always welcoming. However, my recent visit on Saturday was quite disappointing. I ordered through the app and found the chips to be excessively salty. Each individual chip seemed to have rock-like crystals of salt on them, making them inedible. I wish I could say they were sweet, but unfortunately, they were not. Additionally, I recommend double-checking your online orders before you pick them up, as they misread and messed up my order.
I just went to a chipotle in wayne, NJ then came to this chipotle during the same day. I ordered the same thing in both stores. The one in jersey was $10. Here I was paying $15. I asked why and got hit with everything that is listed as free on chipotles website but charged in this store. $3 for tortia, $4 extra for a mixed double protein (they charge you with the most expensive protein choice as well) They threw out the bowl they made first and remade a cheeper bowl. This doesnt make sense... like why?

This restaurant is close to my house, and I really enjoy their bowls. However, I’ve had a few disappointing experiences! Today, there was no corn, and this isn’t the first time the soda machine has been malfunctioning—no sparkling soda again? I even tried to go in later, hoping it would be better. Plus, they didn’t have any lettuce, which is such a basic item! It’s such a mess today. I heard there’s one specific person who’s responsible for the issues and doesn’t clean up after himself.
I don’t quite grasp the training process at Chipotle, but I really don’t see why I should pay $15 for a bowl that’s only a third full. The bowl on the left belongs to my cousin, while the one on the right is my order. It feels insulting to be charged such a high price for this. This has been the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to steer clear of this location.
I've always worried about ordering food online because of lack of serving size. I've went to this Chipotle multiple times through the line and app without an issue about portions. However, this time, I ordered 3 chicken bowls through the app. Total about $30, with all 3 bowls with these small portions??????????? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOOD SERVICE!!! order online with your own risk...
Not sure what is happening to this chipotle, but the new person taking orders always seems to have an attitude and is very sarcastic. If this is the face of the store expect more reviews like this…Something peculiar today as well was how unusually salty the chicken was…..Its a shame that one person makes all the other nice people look bad. Smh

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed! It’s truly a breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly, and the service is as exceptional as the food. There's an abundance of flavor, reasonable prices, and the staff only enhances the experience! I plan to come back every week. Food: 5/5.
