Pick up is so hard at this location for NO reason. The workers just look at you and don’t acknowledge when you say anything to them which is crazy when you have someone specifically working on pickup orders. Just put the food back on the shelves if you’re going to make the process hard! Had to grab my own food and go one time cause I stood there for 5 mins and they just kept making bowls. This Chipotle is exploiting the area that it operates in! If you ask for another scoop of rice they will try to charge you extra, I’ve been going to chipotles mall over the dc Maryland and Virginia region and have never been told I have to pay for a extra scoop of rice. Even in the app it doesn’t charge you for extra rice. Ironically this is in a predominantly black area and I feel this is because of that fact Service: Takeaway
I want to give a good review, but the unprofessional and lazy nature of the staff won’t allow me to do so. If I place a catering order that’s supposed to be ready at a specific time- I expect the business to uphold their end of the contract and deliver it by that time. As a business, do better. The service was excellent, and the bar area was clean. Iesha, the staff member, was friendly and very helpful to me and the other guests. She assisted her teammate with completing tasks, which was truly impressive.
