I just can't believe how long we waited here! 1 hour for chipotle? On July 9th, 2021. We ordered at 6:20pm and got our food at 7:30! If that doesn't make you question there care for the customer and their managment then I don't know what will. No customershould have to wait 1 hour to receive their food this is not a high tier of a restaurant. The workers have bad attitudes. I ordered pollo asado to the first guy serving and another lady worker came scopped the regular chicken and I told her I didn 't order for the regular chicken. Her answer was it is the same chicken, she then scopped the polloasado chicken added on top the chicken she had already put in the bowl and with the attitude shut up eat it is the samechicken at that point I was about to leave but had two little kids who were eager to eat their late lunch. It's a chain. No surprise. Are you evaluating these special? Their food quality is always standard, and the employees are always polite... they seem a lot of employees turnover but so that the Burrito Rolling hit or miss. One thing I say, VOLUME. This place is ALWAYS pumps. Even if it does not seem to be a line as you go to the store, they do so much delivery/order online that it is slow. Very slow. Can be the slowest chipotle I've ever had. It is not because they are incompetent, they simply treat non-stop online orders. (And not her fault, but it's a terrible parking lot. Hard in and out in the main roads and funny angles, always a pain)
I was really disappointed with my meal. They forgot to include my lettuce, the rice was cold and clumped together like it was old. It was poorly prepared, with much more sour cream than beans. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I had my doubts just because if the location but my in law gturned me on to this one, line moves fast, clean serves a good portion of food regardless of who you are, friendly staff, very hard working young ones.
The food hasn't been great in months at this location and when I finally decided to give it a try again for today's lunch, there was someone's fingernail in the rice. Will not be coming here for sure anymore.
The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and fresh. I usually order one bowl, which is generous enough to share between two people. I really love Chipotle!
I wish the DoorDash app had an option to choose Chipotle dressing, as I didn't enjoy my meal without any sauce. Additionally, the portion sizes were a bit small.

I didnt receive the correct size chips, the pinto beans were hard, and there wasnt salad dressing in the bag and I ordered a salad.
