The team at this Chipotle is absolutely outstanding! The food portions are finally on point; it's refreshing to find a place that serves the right amount. The rice is perfectly cooked, the chips have a delightful hint of lime, and the meat and vegetables are cooked just right—not burnt at all. The location is clean and well-maintained. I commend this establishment, especially Ms. Nancy, who provided exceptional customer service and kept the staff motivated. Whenever cleaning was needed, it was taken care of promptly! I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10!
Terrible experience I ordered a burrito and the waitress went to the kitchen to put the rice back and with her bad tempered face she gave me the burrito to take away but something told me that I should try it there and the rice was raw and hard and when I came back to the counter and I told him he wanted to argue with me, I told him to give me back the money for the $16, he only gave me back €8, if they don't like you, then this is what happens... the one who served me was a chubby brunette, hours from today to 2:20 p.m.
The rice was undercooked, the portion sizes were small, and the prices are outrageous now. It's just not worth it, and I doubt it will be until they either improve the quality or lower their prices.
As for kid-friendliness, they do offer reasonably priced meals for children, around $6, and they are nutritionally balanced as well.
In terms of wheelchair accessibility, this restaurant is accommodating; you can bring a wheelchair, and there are tables that are accessible for those in wheelchairs.
The service I received was extremely poor. José, in particular, provided terrible service and was quite rude. It seems that he lacks effective communication skills, as he often failed to provide satisfactory responses to my inquiries. Additionally, there were several instances where he gave inaccurate information. It's essential that we address this issue to maintain the professionalism and quality standards that our customers expect.

I told the woman that I wanted everything except for the two sauces, and she still included avocado. I didn't notice until I got home and realized that half of the bowl was missing, and I was charged more than I expected. Be cautious—I'm not sure what her name is, but she clearly doesn't listen and seems to rush through orders. It's frustrating.
The menu is limited but offers a small selection. The prices are very affordable and the portion sizes are generous. There are clear vegan options available. Convenient location for shoppers visiting the nearby Walmart.
When I went in to get myself a burrito, this very nice lady Braisny served me so well not food wise but she was very energetic and super awesome, 10/10 empolyee, give her a raise asap.
Quick service, fresh food, and a clean interior with plenty of seating available. There’s also an option to sit outside near Starbucks.
