Best Chipotle food I ever had. This location has the best preparation of every Chipotle restaurant that I have visited. The black beans and the sauted onions with bell peppers were perfectly prepared. The service was great and the server made NOmistakes at all. The cashier even thanked me for the tip showing that he was paying attention. This had never happened atother Chipotles. I plan to visit this location whenever I go to San Ramon. I may go the gym more often to then reward myselfwith a nice meal at this Chipotle location.
Purchased two burritos today through Chiptole.com with double meat. When I got home I opened my bag and saw I had received the smallest burritos I've ever seen. These burritos were even super small for regular meat size portions. The burrito pictured isthe bigger of the two. The small serving of salsa was as big as half of the whole burrito. This is what I get for $15 each. SOfrustrated and still hungry.
They charged me extra for extra chicken and 2 barbacoa even though I only got one scoop of chicken and barbacoa, the bill came out to be the amount of 3 bowls instead of 2 because they charged me extra. The employees were also rude and acted like they hated their job.
I will never go back here again I went to get a bowl and when I went to get my drink over by the bottom ofon the floor was a big dead Roach I should of took a picture, but I was so disgusted I just left. This makes me never want to eat out

Previously I would have given this Chipotle a rating of 2 or 3. It was poorly managed and more often than not, online orders were not ready at the requested time. This problem appears to have been fixed. Hence the higher rating.
Some Chipotle restaurants have very well trained staff that roll EXCELLENT, tight burritos. This is one of them. Unlike at the other Chipotle location in this town. I'll drive further to get my burritos here.
Don't know why I keep giving Chipotle a chance. Their burritos get smaller every time I go there. I've had microwaveable chimicgangas bigger than their burritos.
No portion control, poor customer service, inconsiderate employees...Would give 0 stars if i could.
