What I found surprising was not only that they opened the doors at 11 AM, but that the staff—around six of them—sat down to eat while the rest of us waited outside. They didn't even bother to offer an explanation. A simple explanation could have made a significant difference. An apology to the nearly ten of us waiting for the doors to open would have made a big impact.

Most of the food was decent. However, the guacamole was lacking in onions and had too little avocado, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I normally do. I also ordered two portions of cheese, but when I arrived, they informed me that there was an issue with the queso machine, so I couldn't get that either.
