This was my first and definitely my last experience ordering from here. I ordered a salad through the app, and to my disappointment, the amount of salad dressing I received was extremely inadequate. The container was barely half full! Is Chipotle really that concerned about saving money on salad dressing? No one even thought to add at least one extra small container of dressing to my order. I will NEVER visit chipotle located at 2973 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA!!! Terrible service, they took forever with the order and it was absolutely wrong when I got it. If I could give this branch of Chipotle a minus 25 I would. This is THEE absolute WORST Chipotle branch I have ever seen. I sent my son to get our order. When I got my steak bowl no beans (which I asked for), no rice (which I asked for), no sour cream (which I asked for), hit salsa (which k didn't ask for because I hate hot salsa) and it was all mushed up in the bowl. Horrible experience! I placed an online order about two hours before my scheduled pickup time, and when I got home, I discovered my order was completely wrong. The salad I ordered had no dressing, the guacamole was missing, and there were no chips in the bag either. When I mentioned the missing chips to the girl at the register, she rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, my bowl was filled with liquid, and I sadly found a hair in the bottom of it. I had already eaten most of it by the time I noticed. It's disappointing because they have so much potential with all the offices nearby, yet they really dropped the ball on this one.
Do not give this place your business. Firstly, it is filthy inside trash literally overflowing, drink station dirty and sticky, smelled mildewed. I looked in the kitchen while waiting on my order and there is trash all over the floor. I placed an online order and asked for light sour cream and my bowl is swimming in it. I?m not even finishing it because it?s drenched. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. To top it off employees are incredibly rude and offered no customer service. I will not be back.

My husband just got home from picking up food at this location, where he waited over an hour for our food (2 burritos) abc when he got home our orders were completely wrong. Mine literally had chicken and beans. Nothing else...how dues that order even happen? Who would order that? Truly fucking furious and the manager should be fired
My tacos arrived with so much sauce that I could barely see them. They served my daughter’s meal on the side instead of inside the taco, which is disappointing. She received milk instead of juice, and neither my tacos nor my sister's bowls were correct. Every time I order from this Chipotle, something is always wrong.
The order accuracy and portion sizes are really disappointing. I find something incorrect with my order 8 out of 10 times. One of the burritos in my photos is only half the size it should be, and the other was served to me looking strange. They need to replace the management and bring in the manager from Howell Mill!
I gag smelling the soggy rice, the steak with no flavor, the yellow lettuce, and the queso which has become yogurt by now... Del Taco is way better and even them I dislike. I recommend the clam chowder because it doesn 't exist. Mexican sodas r nice tbh.

Inconsistent hours at this location sometimes closed during the middle of the day. Parking lot is full of trash. This location definitely could use some TLC especially being located close to the mall.
