This location has gone above and beyond for me. I had ordered delivery through their app but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. This experience wasn't on them but on the third-party delivery service they used. My family received ourorder not only incomplete but without a sealed bag which was a red flag to me. One of the food containers was also tamperedwith. I called Chipotle immediately and a very nice employee assisted me with the issue at hand. Although it wasn't on them, sheapologized for the bad experience and took it upon herself to call the delivery company and help resolve the issue. Any otherplace would have directed me to call myself and resolve it. I'm VERY pleased...
Walked in at 10:05 a.m. didn't get my order taken till 10:10 didn't receive my order until 10:30. I only ordered a waba plate with avocado and dumplings....Regardless of what kind of catering orders they had going on customers that walk in are stillimportant. They didn't act like that. Sorry to say that I was very disappointed today. Food was good except I didn't get myavocado because she didn't hear me. Oh well. Next time if there is a next time.
There are still some issues. I simply asked for a bowl of rice and meat, but they charged me for a full bowl while only providing half the amount of rice and meat. The meat was dry and unappetizing, and the rice was mushy, tasting more like paste than actual rice. I doubt I'll be returning for what should have been a straightforward dish.
Customer service sucks, I ordered a steak burrito, server tries to serve me fajitas that's old and dried up, I ask for fresh veggies, I'm told this is what we have, and thats it, do you still want this burrito. This is what you have? It's 3pm why areyou not stocked up, why are you trying to pass on old bad food?

First time visiting a Chipotle. Arrived at this location before lunch time just to learn they did not have any cheese, guacamole, corn, or receipt paper. Location not managed well, food with limited options was nothing special. Will not bereturning to this location or likely a Chipotle.
I received wilted lettuce at this Chipotle, and the staff was unhelpful when I asked for fresh lettuce. They refused, insisting that this is how it is at this location. This is the worst Chipotle I've encountered in Southern California, and the service was terrible.
The lettuce was wilted in Black in the staff was giving me a hard time about getting me fresh lettuce in refuse to get fresh lettuce as he said that?s the way it is here this is the most embarrassing chipotle in Southern California horrible service
Why? Why? I ask for chicken or Carne Asada It doesn't matter I get a half scoop like it's coming out of there pay check. But sure scoop the rice and cheese on. I just want some protein. Is it that hard. Cheap servings at high prices. Every time!

All Chipotle suck .. not only have they raised their prices prior to inflation but, now they have reduced their portion they serve drastically. By far the worst one is in Baldwin Park. I am done with Chipotle.
Takes too long to get your food. I've only gone two times. The first time they stole my money from a gift card. The second time I was give a little bit of chicken and rice. Never coming here again.
