Worst place to do business in. I ordered my food through website using my gift card, the store dint have my order details but my name was in their system, the website dint send me a confirmation email with the confirmation number, even the website dint have my order details in their history but on the main page it shows I have an order and the tracking redirects to doordash, their is no tracking number either on doordash after a few heated calls to the corporate they dint refund my gift card balance, neither did they send my food. chipotle on whole as a franchise is messed up. The customer service is the worst, and their customer service in the website sucks

I ordered a burrito that was badly done, no effort in cleaning or preparation. the type was in a mood in which he no longer wanted to be at work, with side commentaries and only wanted to eat out of the way. In fact, the staff did not look like they knew what they did and had low energy with the customers. overpriced burrito with bad service. please receive a new staff that has the right setting, respect and knowledge of the circumstance with customers and food preparation.

Me and my boyfriend tried to get a job there but we were manipulated and lied to throughout the whole thing. The manager is this fake wannabe happy guy that acts like he's God's gift on earth and judges people based on appearance even though no one is uppity there in personality or appearance. He needs to quit being fake and living in this fantasy world of his. It's just bad for business and he should be fired for making everyone unhappy and lying to everyone.

it was my second time to this place, for the first time they had no cheese or salat. this time there was no cheese, salad or tomato again. I have never experienced a food shortage at one of the Chipotle sites, no matter how late I go. my thought is inventar is not made right at this place. vegetarian options: there is a vegetarian option listed in the menu. parking: free parking dietary restrictions: they also offer gluten-free meals on the menu. I went to this facility for the first and last time! eating was freezing as if it was just taken from a frozen walk. the customer service was terrible. These young people have no working ethics at all. I spent $16.00 for a frozen meal. then she says when they pay me with this $20,000 bill, that's what the meal costs her as we don't change. I understand, but there's nothing to say. I will never go back there I will starve instead!

Horrible. Every time I come here my food is made carelessly and melting out of the brown paper bag before I even leave the door. If this picture looks good to you, go ahead and waste your money. Definitely my last time at this shitpotle. Garbage. If you don’t want to work at chipotle, quit. No one’s forcing you!

Obviously, no one expects a whole lot from a fast food restaurant. However, you would assume that if they're open you would ne able to get a quick veggie bowl. Let me share my experience; no corn, no black beans, no mild salsa and no white rice!!! ????

in person. they have charged me 17 dollars for a steak burrito with guacamole because they have accused me of double guacs (which I did not demand) and then continue to mix my burrito and give me one without guac. great job!

This location is terrible. Its never a hit and always a miss with the food. Food is barely ever fresh. Chips taste stale, and the guacamole lacks seasoning and taste very watery. Presentation is terrible.
