Ordered a salsa here once and got a plastic disposable glove in it. Ordered one recently and got some piece of chicken (with tendons or veins sticking out of the top) in my salsa. Never got offered a refund for it. Only offered “two free entrees” for a place I never want to eat again. Customer service said they’d get back with me, never did. It’s been over a week since this happened. Chipotle might be the worst run fast food restaurant in the US. Just absolute trash as a business model. E-Coli breakouts, things being found in their salsas. Wish I didn’t have to give a star.
I have visited over 20 Chipotle locations and only one of them was not up to par. My go-to order is the chicken with sweet corn salsa, which I absolutely love. Make sure to add the Chipotle Tabasco sauce for an extra kick of flavor. Today, I wasn't feeling my best and the cashier asked me how my day was. I shared that it wasn't great, and she kindly gave me a free drink to lift my spirits. Even though they don't typically offer military discounts, she was kind enough to make an exception. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my day better.
That was our first visit. We told the server that we had never been there and wanted to know our options, he actually didn't say anything and went back and someone came to help us. They were short on steak and rice. The other toppings were simple and we thought they had several options. We offer only meat, black beans, pico, salad, guacamole and shredded cheese. And then the price was for 2 bowls and 1 big drinks over $30. We will probably not go back or try another location. Very disappointed.
Kinda seemed like the dinner rush was a surprise to them, which is very strange. No chips were done. My carnitas literally came out of the pot it cooks in. And this was at like 5:30. Right in the middle of dinner. Food was good but service was lacking. They were too busy making food to clean the restaurant, trash was overflowing and most tables were dirty.
Accessing this restaurant is convenient, with ample parking nearby. The staff is friendly and efficient, there is plenty of seating available, and the meals are consistently well-prepared. I recommend dining in rather than opting for takeout. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with this location forgetting to include salad dressing.
The food was delicious, but the restaurant was dirty and only accepted orders for takeout or delivery. We witnessed many people approach the door, only to leave disappointed. Despite this, the wait time from ordering on the app to receiving our food was around 30 minutes. We would not choose to dine here again in its current state.
The staff was friendly and nice. The chicken was a bit on the cool side, I understand that it was late in my showing up but cold chicken on a warm burrito does not make a good dinner. The bathrooms were both lock so I had to use the water from the soda dispenser to wash my hands.
