Chipotle Mexican Grill

Couldn't let this experience go without a review. The girl who helped with my meals today was so rude, not only to me but to the lady in front of me. Poor lady... Her bowl was less than halfway full... Thats with having to paying for extra rice and double meat! I enjoy my chipotle but the portions at this location are ridiculous and a joke... They charged me for more corn...thats a first!!! I also ordered a kids meal for my son, again the plate containers were less than half full. The chicken and beans were so spicy... My son couldn't handle it. I'm not sure why kids meal options would be overly spicy.

I haven't visited Chipotle in quite some time, but this location is among the worst I've encountered. I'm not sure if it's independently owned, but wow! The salsa tasted like it came from a can, and what they claimed was avocado turned out to be zucchini—definitely not real avocado, so you're basically paying for a fake product! The chips were also subpar; they tasted like they were store-bought and pretty unpleasant. Avoid the avocado here—it's a total scam! Either this particular Chipotle has gone downhill, or this is the overall standard for all Chipotle locations now, and it's just not good.

Excellent customer service! I made some last-minute changes to my order, and the staff promptly addressed my requests. It was my oversight not to inform them earlier, but they went out of their way to ensure I received exactly what I wanted, without any hesitation. The team is fantastic! Thank you!

I was so hungry but totally disappointed in my steak and rice burrito, my wife's steak bowl (nothing to boost about), $29.80 for those 2 items and a lg soda, terrible dinner. My burrito was cold and steak was tuff, flavor was mediocre.

Over the years it?s been a gradual decline along with increase in price to a point unless it?s perfect it?s not worth it and my last 3 times haven?t been even close it?s sad this was one of my favorite places but now not so much.
