Ooohkay,Me and my partner used to come to this location every single day. The last manager was absolutely wonderful and would often comp our meals, just because we came in so often. Many of the employees knew us by name, and it was absolutely wonderful.Now, for whatever reason, there’s a new manager. My partner and I, along with many different people I know who used to frequent this location, all got very sick with some stomach bug after eating here. I had to stop coming here for months, out of fear I’d get sick again. I finally saw that a food inspector was at the location and decided to try it again.The problems don’t end there, though. 1 The location is difficult to park at during any sort of business hours because if it’s location. The parking lot is always stuffed.2 There was some sort of “bug” in their online ordering system, so they didn’t receive my order. That in and off itself is annoying.2a But the clincher was the fact that the staff member working the mobile order station was CLUELESS and basically tried to gaslight me and make think the problem was on MY end. Even though in showed him my confirmation email. He was extremely unhelpful and uncaring. It wasn’t until someone else (the manager? came over and explained the bug. Just re-established why I don't go to Chipotle anymore. Under staffed and too much focus on speed instead of quality just like every other Chipotle.They tried to make my burrito with half the normal amount of rice because they were out, I said I would wait. Twice they tried to pass my burrito down the line. At checkout the app didn't scan the free rewards right, so I was charged for chips/guac. The female manager rolled her eyes telling me it's only 2 dollars more and thought it was ridiculous I was asking for the transaction to be voided and rang up correctly.The male manager was nice but more concerned about moving the line. He offered a free meal, but I said I haven't been back in 9 month...

I've never received a correct takeout order here, and I've placed over ten orders. There have been times when my chips and guacamole came without the chips, or when I received a burrito bowl missing items or mixed up with someone else's order. I honestly don't understand how they manage to get the to-go orders wrong every single time, even during non-peak hours. The staff seems either incompetent, inattentive, understaffed, or maybe all of the above. I usually just report the issue through the Chipotle app for a refund on the incorrect item, as it's not worth the hassle of going back to the store. Reserva una mesa ahora

I placed an online order at 6 pm for a 7:20 pm order pickup. I get to the store and they don't have the order ready. Said they closed because they are short staffed.Why did you take the order in the first place? Corporate issue.Can I get my refund?You will have to call this 1-800 number to get your refund.So my food is not made and I need to find another place while my kids are hungry. And I need to get on a phone call with your corporate to get my money back?Goodbye Chipotle.

Today, they were inundated with orders and there only seemed to be 3 people working there. It was so busy and they were running around just trying to accommodate everyone. And no matter how hectic it got or disappointed people were, they were patient, gracious and courteous. Very good job! Very well run and my food is delicious as always. Thank you, Chipotle

This location frequently closes without notice, and many reviews on Yelp and Google highlight this problem. Just a few days ago, I received a confirmation for my mobile order, but when I arrived, the store was closed. It seems to be a persistent issue with this location, so it might be better to drive to Bellevue instead.

The food is good, but this location consistently closes randomly despite the posted hours. Closing at 7pm on a weekday is a bit early. Clearly not understaffed as I can count 8 employees packing up shop currently. When I asked the employee outside why they closed early he said “I don’t know”. Nice bud! Reserva una mesa ahora

I will not be ordering from this location again. The staff seem untrained and are unsure about proper food handling. I politely requested a remake of my quesadilla, but they insisted that "it looks fine." How ridiculous! Every time I visit, I end up having a negative experience. Food rating: 1/5.
