This location used to be my favorite. After today?s experience, I?ve changed my mind. Around 2pm I stopped in to order 3 bowls. While in line I could hear 2 different songs playing. 1 was from the Chipotle speakers and the other was from a workers?playlist. The playlist belted out a ton of curse words. I watched as the staff worked. It appeared to me, it was difficult forthe front line workers to hear the orders being placed. Finally it?s my turn. I ordered 1 bowl to have double meat with 2different meats. The server was not happy when I mentioned she was not giving double meat and that she was giving half 1 meatand half the other meat. This restaurant is truly disappointing! To the owner and management: you should be embarrassed for allowing such careless individuals to work here. It’s unacceptable, especially with young children present, to be subjected to such inappropriate and offensive surroundings while trying to order food. The music was the most offensive I've ever encountered, and I will not expose myself or my children to such unacceptable content. Is this the atmosphere you support? This place is absolutely terrible! Owners/management, you should be ashamed for allowing such careless staff to work here. It doesn’t matter who they are, but especially since I had children with me, we shouldn’t have to endure an atmosphere filled with such chaos and inappropriate behavior while trying to order food. The staff played the loudest, most obnoxious music I’ve ever heard. I refuse to subject myself and my children to this regrettable experience. Is this what you consider acceptable? 12/17/21 Very very disappointed. I gave it one star because, if I'm being totally honest, I still at the food. But if I hadn't been traveling all day, and if I wasn't starving, and if I hadn't just driven out of my way to go to Chipotle because it's one of my FAVS, I would have just gone somewhere else. This place was NOT clean. I wouldn't say it was nasty, but it wasn't what I've seen at the 60 or so other Chipotles I've been in. I've posted the pictures, you can see for yourself. I visited the restaurant on Saturday at 11:44 AM for lunch, hoping to try the new sliced steak, but I was informed that it wasn’t ready yet. I was surprised. Next, I wanted a fountain drink, only to find out there was no ice available. Alright, I settled for a bottle of water, but there was none in the front fridge. Instead, a case of warm water was brought up from the back. The restaurant had been open for over an hour, and it seemed completely unprepared for customers. Do yourself a favor and consider replacing the manager—clearly, they are not up to the task.

They really need to reconsider their management; it’s clear that the manager is not doing their job effectively.
The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but I was shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there .

When I requested more, he rolled his eyes and downplayed my request. I was quite disappointed with the service I received.
