I unfortunately found a metal washer/ring in my chicken bowl while eating. I nearly swallowed the piece but I think anyone can realize how you react when something hard is in your mouth when eating something that?s supposed to be soft. I declined any sortof compensation/refund because I simply didn?t want to deal with them, but I did approach the front counter to show them thepiece and my concerns.
It has been some time since my last visit to this restaurant. While the food was flavorful, it was only served warm at best. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. It was clear that the staff didn’t seem interested in being there. The cashier had a personality that could be described as very flat. I might consider going to Chipotle again, but I definitely won't return to this location.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 3 times I?ve ordered for pickup my order hasn?t been ready for over 15-20 minutes passed when the pickup time says making me late to get back work. Each time the employee is different and acts like I?m aninconvenience to them. Horrible customer service. Do not go to this location if you?re ordering pickup/takeout it?s a waste oftime.
The staff were friendly, efficient, and upbeat! Unfortunately, the chicken in both my burrito and my wife's bowl was quite disappointing. It was so unappetizing that we couldn’t finish our meals, and I ended up feeling ill for the rest of the evening and into the next morning.
