Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is one of the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. For starters, last night I went with my husband. He was ordering his meal at 7:50pm I was still outside) a Spanish woman attended him where he ordered a half chicken and half steak bowl. The lady was giving everyone before and after him lots of meat to his meal, where with him she did not. My husband is black and I am Hispanic. He questioned her where he then told her the service with him was horrible.I was then a couple of customers behind him and I did notice the portion of meat the lady was giving was a lot more and she wasn't shaking off the spoon for them.I ordered a chicken salad where I was given a lot of meat.One of the employees...

I never post reviews, but that was so terrible that I had to say something. I usually love chipotle, but that was terrible? The store was short staffed and instead of serving the customers who had already ordered and paid online, they kept serving people walking in.More than a dozen people were waiting for their overdue orders when I arrived to pick-up ours. Others were already upset and had complained and the manager on duty simply said he was short staffed and continued taking MORE orders and serving new customers instead of preparing food for those who had already ordered and paid.Although my order was supposed to be ready when I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes and my order never came. every chipotle I was in bad shape last year and this is not taking off. everyone who goes order has something wrong with it. do not worry about commanding you. it will last forever. they will stand there and be ignored by employees and if they ask for an update to their order, they will keep them. they are short-occupied and overwhelmed and I don't know what management is doing. they are running out of Causes and just give them up. the area of food preparation is a chaos. they pour meat so carefree that they must be careful, there is no meat in their buzz or sofritos when they are vegan or vegetarian. time to give up on chipotle for a year or so and see if they have a return to a kind of acc... I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am a fan of Chipotle and usually visit the Aventura location where the service is always good. However, during this visit, I was treated very poorly. The staff member who took my order seemed to be hard of hearing or something similar. When I tried to order a kids build-your-own meal, she couldn't understand me and seemed to have no knowledge of the menu. After finally getting my order in, she mistakenly gave me a burrito instead of a kids quesadilla meal, and then argued with me about it. the woman in register did not want to make her job, she did not welcome us or asked us if we wanted to add drinks or chips. I told her I wanted chips, she lied blatantly and said they ran out. I can enter the sick car all day. I pointed out that there were chips and she said oh, these are big bags, as if I didn't read the sticker. she was upset that she had to add it to the order, I had to ask for mugs. this was at 7:50 clock 22.

Let me star that the employee was not wearing the mask properly and their were some preparing the food with their mask all the way down, a big line ad there were employee using their phone i understand you can use your phone but not when is busy

Love the Taco bowl, i always try diffrent meats, the beef brisket special was awesome and the pork is nicely seasoned too and the chicken was also great , the food is delicious, they give you nice servings and its very healthy too.?? Reserva una mesa ahora

huge selection, tasteful and non-fat or excessively salty. they were still busy at 15 o'clock on Saturday, so they know they're good. come back to any case.

Always busy, but there's usually a good crew working so it doesn't take long. For fast food, it's great. One of the better tex-mex chains.
