Great food, however was not impressed by the service of one of the workers who was a tall black guy working around 12:00 on 10/23. Did not bother to give me a bag for my order, would not compensate me for my missing change, I would have left a tip, however his service was not up to standard), did not give me a receipt for my order and did not even scan in my rewards correctly so now I?m left without a receipt and can?t enter the receipt into the app for my rewards. Also he was purposely speaking in a low tone just to avoid talking with me, and when asked about my missing change he did not even bother responding. Someone seriously needs to train these people to have some respect for patronizi...

great customer service. I ordered for pick-up, but I couldn't get there for 4 hours because something appeared. I called and asked her to keep it in the refrigerator for me if they could otherwise give it away or throw it away. They said they'd keep it in the fridge for me. When I showed up later, they said they didn't worry me and just made me a new one without charges! Above and beyond the good service.

This place is disgusting and should be immediately closed. Four reasons: the store ran out of B E A N S? there was one piece of meat 3 inches square in one burrito they were out of G U A C A M O L E. This is a huuuuge part of who you are. there was an 8inch black hair in another burrito This is by far the worst Chipotle on the face of the earth.

I am black as well ? terrible customer service ? she doesn?t wanna work and she act like she is doing me a favor ?.. first and last time at this location ?.she doesn?t care about the wants of the customer don?t ask no question nothing I regret I swear to god I really do regret come to this locarion

Good, no nonsense. I loved it because it was empty and almost had no customers, so much could eat inside and also no mask. The Ac was beautiful and very comfortable temperature. Good food too.
