Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was very disappointed yesterday by my service! they had a girl who commanded and made the pack of chips and also worked the register. the manager did nothing, he went forward and then went back to the back. not even he offered to help her or to help customers! not that the girl at the front was also much help! She focused more on flirting with the guy in front of me. it took about 15 minutes to wait! at the time it was my turn, the line was already at the end of the restaurant. even the rear man was upset! that is not possible to run a business.

After a long day caring for patients, I decided to grab a bite at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The staff's kindness and generosity left me in awe. Their random act of kindness had me speechless and grateful. I thanked them profusely and even went back inside to express my gratitude again. I was so moved by their gesture that I took a picture of their smiling faces and hearts to share with others. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lubbock, Texas, you guys are amazing!

Don't bother coming here order is never right and food quality is horrible, I got a salad and had nothing but the white core for the lettuce and they didn't bother to put the dressing, had to go back to get it and it took 15 minutes to make more, and the burritos are always cold, and this is the only place I've been to where literally every employee is rude, and the manager kept going out to her boyfriends car while there was a long line

I don't really know what's going on with this place, as I often ordered here burritos and young were they really with their meat rice and borrowed over paid for my order I mention them to the cash about how very little of the items were put on them and they just gave me a look like oh good Reserva una mesa ahora

This Chipotle location is definitely the best in town. The staff is very friendly and the portion sizes are better than the other two locations. I highly recommend dining here.
