Chipotle Mexican Grill

3pm 10/29/21The people working are incredibly loud and raucous. No one seems to be working the counter.I didn’t specifically say “hey, I would like some food”, but never got a greeting.The girl stocking the fridge eventually said something to a guy who made my food. It was she who rung it up, though.The next customers actually asked for someone. The girl said something referring to someone off to the side, and they came out to talk to the customer.Not the best experience I’ve had with a Chipotle.I’m no prude by any means, but it’s hard to eat in peace with people yelling back and forth in an open kitchen.

We went to go buy some food and the employee that attended us was rude and not only that but the food such as the guacamole and the lettuce were disgusting the guacamole was dark black even we asked if she could give us some fresh guacamole but she said it was fresh but we could clearly see the black and the lettuce was just disgusting it was also dark. This makes all the chipotles look bad for someone whos never been there.

The food when arrived was completely cold and the chips for the queso were oily and stale. When called the location to report to the manager this issue, I was basically told thanks for letting us know. That's it! Not even a thought or suggestion for a resolution or accommodating for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this Chipotle and don't recommend it for anyone. Reserva una mesa ahora

I visited the restaurant last night, 2/12/22, to get my son a steak burrito. I was disappointed to see that there was only one person taking orders for the walk-in customers. However, the wait was not too long, and I appreciate all the staff for working together and being efficient. Thank you for the quick service.

great staff very friendly. the last several visits, although eating itself was not so good. in particular, they are very easy on the tear portions (orders both a bowl and a burrito). it is an average experience that I always return because it is close to home, but I hope it will be better.

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The staff, particularly the young people working there, were friendly and attentive. I left feeling hopeful about the quality of service. The young black girl and white young person working there were excellent in their roles.

Eating at Chipotle is always a delightful experience. What I love most is being able to accomplish my shopping and still enjoy a quick meal. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere make it a great place to grab a bite and recharge before continuing with my day. Reserva una mesa ahora

Do NOT waste your on the brisket offer. I've seen more meat in a vegetable garden. You'll pay more than the usual offer and end up with rice and lettuce as fillers. They should rename the entire restaurant chain to Shitpotle'. Never again jerkoffs.....

they have been very understated lately, and some of my commands have been misprepared (ordered in advance), but they always do their best and I appreciate that. thanks for all your hard work.
